Can't upload new version of video, already in progress. 'This video will be automatically replaced..

Hey guys,

I'm trying to upload a new version of this video.

I started the process but I think it cut out half way through.

Now I'm stuck with the message 'This video will be automatically replaced when the new version is uploaded.' Its been like this for quite some time now so I know its not uploading. Yet the replace video button has disappeared.

Any ideas?
