Auto Transcriptions

I have recently discovered the joy of using auto captions transcriptions in Stream which has greatly speeded up my video production workflow. Even though the output is a not compatible with Adobe Premier, with a small conversion program it works just fine, until just the past 2 days when the option doesn't seem available. Is this due to volume of data flowing through the system or has something changed. Previously the subtitles would be available in minutes, but now after an overnight wait still nothing. Can anyone help please
