When a talk is recorded on Microsoft Teams, all those who are in the original meeting invite, including SG/DG should be provided with the default viewing permissions. Currently, the videos provides the default permissions only to the individual users present in the meeting. This feature  would minimize the human efforts on the recorded content (going to update video details and adding groups/users for access) and makes things easier for the hosts who don't know the additional options for the owners. People who got the invite but could not attend also could get notified over email about the recorded video once after processing and it becoming available.
