Transcript Information

Hi,

I have gone through the process of adding the auto caption files and it works in a sense as the option is available but when I download the .vtt file it shows no information except for: 

WEBVTT

NOTE duration:"00:13:09.3140000"

NOTE language:en-us

I am looking for the actual text which is not present.

Also, the transcript does not appear on the video at all, the transcript search is available but no information is present. Video and captions are set to English. Any help would be appreciated.
