Stream in SPO webpart - cookie error

We have our intranet based on modern Sharepoint Online, and use Stream for video messages from our C suite, etc.

When trying to view videos in the iOS Sharepoint app, we get the “cookie error”. Any ideas on what may be causing this? Our expectation would be that MS apps would handle MS services seamlessly 🤔
