Spam MS Stream Notifications

One of our users has recorded a single (recording) 4 hour meeting within MS Teams and since the recording has been uploaded, the user has received 6 e-mail notifications from MS Stream to advise that "Your content is  ready to stream!".

How do I manage the notifications to ensure that they only receive one notification when the content is ready to stream, instead of an infinite amount of notifications?
