"Capture screen" Tab is missing in Microsoft Stream

I didn't see the&nbsp;"capture Screen"&nbsp;option in Microsoft Stream. Please see the attached screenshot. Please advise asap. Thanks,&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
