Manager user data report not showing titles of videos watched

When I pull a report of a user to see if they have watched a video it will not show the title of the video but a long alphanumeric string. When clicking the string it will go to the video. There is another poster that had this same issue but said it was resolved somehow on its own.  Does anyone know a way to fix this?  Thank you.
