Live Events and Recordings, Microsoft Stream

Does anyone know of a way to disable the automatic recording feature for live events in Microsoft Stream? Some events do not allow recording of any kind, so this would be a deal breaker if it isn't something that can be turned off.

Stream (Classic) live events are being replaced by Teams Live Events. If you are just starting look at live events, lol at Teams instead of Stream (Classic). Retirement date for Stream (Classic) live events hasn’t been announced yet but the announcement is coming soon.
