Issue with recorded meeting

During our weekly meeting, I record our calls to refer back to the information discussed for my notes. I, however, did not receive a notification email stating my recording was ready to review. Understanding there may have been a delay, checked this morning and still found no evidence of my recording. Is there a department I can submit a ticket to or speak with to gain access to my recording?
