How do I purchase stand alone stream licenses when I'm on office 365 premium (purchased through a partner)? Not seeing an obvious solution to what should be a trivial task.

I'm not sure if this changes if you already have O365 through a partner but I think this is the process to buy Stream stand alone in general.
- Go to Stream marketing page: http://stream.microsoft.com
- Click on Pricing up in the top
- Click "buy a plan" for either Stream Plan 1 or Plan 2
- Click "Want to add this to an existing subscription? Sign in"
- Sign in
- Fill out the ordering form and place the order.
When I try and sign in with my company account I get a message in office365, saying that I can't add the service (I'm an admin). So it appears that the provider I purchased office 365 is not allowing it?
If I create an account, I can't use my existing domain or onmicrosoft.com domain, it has to be completely separate.
