Error Code 0x20200259 When Playing Certain Videos on www., but not web.

For some of our organization's videos on Microsoft Stream, attempting to play the video from a URL beginning http://www.microsoftstream.com results in an error code 0x20200259. However, if the user changes the url from http://www.microsoftstream.com to web.microsoftstream.com (for example, https://www.microsoftstream.com/video/[UUID].microsoftstream.com/video/[UUID] to https://www.microsoftstream.com/video/[UUID].microsoftstream.com/video/[UUID]), the video plays fine. Also, if the user clicks the embedded link to the video within Teams, the video plays in the embedded player. The "view in Microsoft Stream" link from Teams works as well, because that goes to the web.microsoftstream.com address.

 

These videos were recorded by Microsoft Teams and saved to Stream automatically.

 

Any ideas?

    Ours happens when the proxy is enabled. To this day, we have to disable the proxy in order to get it to work.
