Chinese subtitles not displaying in Stream

Hi all,

I have uploaded a video on Stream with multiple subtitles as separate .vtt files. Everything works fine except the Simplified Chinese file. I checked with our support group and they said that Stream cannot recognize the characters from the translation and I should use a specific translator and run the translation again.

My issue is that the translation was done by the local team manually and I feel bad to trouble them again. So I was wondering if there is a solution for Stream to be able to read the already translated file...

Has anyone faced this issue?
