We are looking for engineers who support Microsoft Teams environments, troubleshoot deployments, tune performance, collect and analyze telemetry and log data, and manage Microsoft Teams environments to participate in our new beta exam for a new portfolio of certifications that we will be launching for Customer Support Engineers.

If this is your skill set, we have a new certification for you. The Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Support Engineer Associate certification validates your expertise in this area and offers you the opportunity to prove your skills. To earn this certification, pass Exam MS-740: Troubleshooting Microsoft Teams, currently in beta.

Is this the right certification for you?

This certification could be a great fit if you have significant experience with unified communications and hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams. In addition, you should have networking knowledge of Azure fundamentals, telephony, PowerShell, data storage technologies, APIs, app security, authentication and authorization, security, and compliance information, debugging, performance tuning, and monitoring.

Ready to prove your skills?

Take advantage of the discounted beta exam offer. The first 300 people who take Exam MS-740 (beta) on or before August 5, 2021, can get 80 percent off market price!

To receive the discount, when you register for the exam and are prompted for payment, use code SummerMS740. This is not a private access code. The seats are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. As noted, you must take the exam on or before August 5, 2021. Please note that this beta exam is not available in Turkey, Pakistan, India, or China.
