Forms keeps jumping to the top
Hi All,
I have linked to an older thread where the OP was contacted and had their issue resolved. Looking at the comments on this and speaking to my team who utilise MS Forms for work daily this appears to be happening to everyone across the board when selecting an option on a branching path question the form will jump back to the top of the page, obviously this is very frustrating for my team who are submitting a large number forms on a daily basis.
Starting a new discussion in the hopes this will be seen by someone at MS who can support.

Same here, I am searching for how to overcome the issue. OSX, Edge.
I just created a new quite complex form with branching on almost every question and have this issue.
We are being impacted by this as well, it started doing this the week of March 27, 2023. I hope MS is working on a fix for this.
- Our team is experiencing the same issue as of last week. It's a form we've used for over a year without issue.
- I am also experiencing this issue and it is on a form that my company has been using for quite some time with no issue. It is a branching form, which seems to be the common denominator.
- This is also happening to me as of today, does anyone know of an ETA on a fix?
This has been happening to me, as well. I just created a new form today, and when submitting answers to questions containing a "Branch", the window jumps to the top of the form. Super annoying, but good to know others are experiencing the issue as well.
Plz help, Microsoft? 🙂- It`s happening to me and it`s a huge trouble. I saw it already happened in a latter post (scottm1265 - OCCASIONAL CONTRIBUTOR - Feb 01 2019 04:06 PM - Forms keeps jumping to the top) and it got fixed pretty fast. I hope it gets fixed again. We have about 6 forms running at my workplace, everyone with branching options is happening this. We use it at the end of every contact with our clients, so we saw the bug happening almost "in real time", it started today about 8:40 am GMT -3.

This is also an issue for me. I have cleared browsing, cache and cookies. Tried using Edge and it is still an issue.
