Transfer form Ownership to another personal user
Hi there, since I'm going to be unavailable for a couple of weeks I would like to transfer ownership of an internal form to another user who's taking over for me. I can only find the solution to transfer it to another group which is not suitable for my issue. How may I transfer ownership to another personal user?
Visitor Form for requesting a visit and Approval by company user
Hi, We would like to create a Visitor Form which will be filled by someone outside of the company. This will have multiple questions and also the contact person and email of contact person. Once the Visit Request is submitted, the contact person should get notified and contact person should be able to Approve or Deny the visit. Once Approval or Denial is Summited, the person who is visiting should get notified weather the visit request is approved or denied. Is this possible? Does anybody have example of this functionality?
"File Upload" Option not available for external users.
"File upload" option is only available when set Microsoft Forms “Only people in my organization can respond” or “Specific people in my organization can respond” is the selected setting. When we set, "Anyone can Respond" the option "Upload File" greyed out
Started Getting "This form can't be submitted as it is asking for personal or sensitive information.
I just started getting this message on a new form I was developing. What does it mean and how do I get around it? What is the criteria being used to determine that a form is asking for personal or sensitive information? I am on Office 365 for Business and we would like to use FORMS but this could be a showstopper. Thanks for any ideas anyone has.
Edit submitted form page
Is it possible to edit the form submitted page (see below) to remove the option to create your own form? We would like to use MS Forms running in Guided Access mode on a iPad in our museums to capture visitor feedback regarding temporary exhibitions. Ideally I would like the form to reset back to a blank form after each submission ready for the next visitor to complete
