I'd like to configure our customers' "Users at risk detected alerts" to be emailed to an external email address but have hit a hurdle.
The issue is that we have blocked auto-forwarding of emails (ATP anti-spam outbound policy). This seems to prevent the emailing of Identity Protection to an external email address.
Can someone please help me to get these emails working without disabling the auto-forwarding policy?
