Use Azure B2B to enable 3rd party management of Azure Resource Groups

Is it possible to use Azure B2B to enable 3rd party contractors to manage an Azure resource group.  I assume once they have registered their credentials via Azure B2B their identity is also registered in Azure AD and then you can apply RBAC roles to them to allow management of an Azure resource group?
