Unable to access "Azure AD B2C | API connectors" and it keep shows HTTP error 404

Today I was attempting to remove some API items of API connectors under "Azure AD B2C | API connectors" menu at Azure Portal website.

 

After I have successfully removed the items and re-visit "Azure AD B2C | API connectors" menu, it keep shows HTTP error 404. The worst part is I unable to select any tiems under "Azure AD B2C | User flows" menu.

 

Has anyone ever experienced this?

If yes, do you know how to fix this issue?
