Roll over Kerberos decryption in Seamless Sign-on

It seems when running the commands to roll over the kerberos decryption in Seamless Sign-on - it did update the AD computer object but our portal doesn't reflect the same timestamp.   Is there any commands we can use to resync the portal to the AD object?    This never happened before.
