Azure AD - 3rd party Phone book intergration

We have Azure AD. I want to achieve the below

1) I have 3rd party phone book solution installed in my smart phone for the users

2) I want to integrate this phone book with Azure AD, so that user can search for Azure AD user details & dial out their number

So want to know how to integrate any 3rd phone app to search for users in Aruze AD ?

How to achieve this ? Is there any document with reference to this ?

I don't know of any third party apps myself, but there sure will be.

A 3rd party would create a Service PRincipal in your tenant that has permissions to search the users/contacts in your organization.
