MS Defender Admin Center - Configure which users are allowed to present in Teams meetings policy

MIssing rule in Microsoft Teams Admin Center


Good afternoon, everyone.

Among the recommended actions to improve Microsoft Defender's score is this one.





  1. Log into Microsoft Teams admin center

  2. In the left navigation, go to Meetings > Meeting Policies

  3. Under Manage Policies, select a group/direct policy

  4. Under the Participants & guests section, toggle "Roles that have presenter rights in meetings" to Organizers, but users can override

  5. You’ll need to change this setting for each group/direct policy




Item "Organizers, but users can override" is not present in Teams AC
