urskarthik83 one benefit is that the SOC analyst can easily assign a task to the device admin team so that they can patch machines using Endpoint Manager, Remediate vulnerabilities with threat and vulnerability management - Windows security | Microsoft Docs

Just add that when you have Windows 10 and manage it with Microsoft Intune, it will manage Windows Defender, so you don't need to deploy or install any Anti-Malware and just make sure devices have been enrolled and you could manage them with Microsoft Intune.

You can use the threat level in compliance and easily manage defender with policies

Integration of Defender for Endpoint works fluently on Intune MDM joined devices and will also directly allow you to use Endpoint DLP which was released last month.
Endpoint DLP leans on the Windows Defender service (old name for Defender for Endpoint) to start the onboarding and controlling of the DLP policies on your endpoints.
