Intercepted E mail

My emails are being intercepted from certain contacts. I've set up a rule that automatically forwards mails from all contacts to another address. I am now receiving these messages in the other mailbox but not receiving them in the main one. I have looked for forwarding rules, but, other the one I set up, there are none. Is there some way I can find and cancel this 'hidden' rule? I've already re-set passwords and added multiple layer login authentication.
