Hi, in the past i have the same issues, i solved it by opening a Microsoft Ticket.
If you have MDE License P1 ore P2 or Defender for Business you must have this section.

Thanks, I've reached out to Microsoft asking them to reset my back end. I will return with information about the progress...
- Yes i confirm, for my ticket microsoft says that refresh backend for my tenant.
