Suggestions for ensuring compliance with TSA Pipeline Security Requirements

Does anyone have any suggestions for ensuring that a tenant complies with 2018 Pipeline Security Guidelines from TSA? I'm thinking that a custom initiative will be needed, but there may be better approaches.
