We are using a modified SharePoint Online Document Library (OTB) and have Modified List Columns in our Library to have addition statuses for tracking i.e.

We are using Unified Labels (Azure Information Protection) with Cloud App Security to Auto Assign Labels on this SharePoint online library, as the information in the documents is privileged.
Problem:
When Cloud App Security Applies the Label automatically- all existing Document Attributes are stripped off the document. Modifying these properties again does resolve or return the missing Statuses, the only solution we have found is Editing the document, saving a change and recapturing the statuses manually. The problem does not reoccur. However many of of documents are mid cycle when the label applies so we lose track of these documents. In our Environment this could be 100s of documents.
