Copilot for Sales Outlook addin error
I have admin-deployed Copilot for Sales via M365 Intergrated App process. After about a week, we started getting dozens of users with an error message in the sidepane within Outlook. It simply states "We can't start this add-in because it isn't set up properly." I have tried to compare users who have the issue vs users who don't have the issue, but they appear to be on the same versions of Outlook (16.0.17531.20152). The addin was deployed on May 9th and issues started coming in around May 20th and I can't seem to find any rhyme or reason to some users error. What is also confusing is the addin technically "works", it just constantly is generating that error every time they open a new email
Copilot for Sales configuration error with Outlook
Hello - I am having a challenge from Outlook to Copilot for Sales. Steps I am taking: 1. in Outlook, click on Copilot for Sales add in 2. click on save email to Dynamics 365. 3. Get an error message (attached below) Please advise. As my organization rolls out Copilot for Sales starting with a champions cohort first and then team by team across our sales organization, we're planning what and how to track our success. There are OOTB reports for M365 Copilot adoption and great reports for D365 Sales usage, but we're not seeing any unique reports for Copilot for Sales. Has anyone developed best practices or repeatable patterns that could be used for this? In addition to simple DAU and MAU, we're planning to track more general RevOps metrics like deal velocity, win rate, lead to opportunity conversion rate, and qualification speed.
Send rich text email notifications in Dynamics Sales
Dear All, I'm new to Dynamics Sales and this is my first post here. I have a requirement from my client to send rich text email notifications through a sequence in Dynamics Sales. However, I've noticed that Dynamics Sales only provides the option to compose plain text emails for notifications. Is there a way to enable rich text formatting for email notifications in Dynamics Sales, or are there any workarounds or third-party solutions that can achieve this? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Regards, MSA.
Copilot Outlook addin - Tracking\ saving recurring Appointment
Hello, Is it possible to track a series of meetings in the Copilot add-in? In the Dynamics App for Outlook application, there was such an option, I can open the entire series and save it to Dynamics 365. In the copilot add-on, a message appears about the inability to track the reccuring meeting. In Copilot presentations, Microsoft indicates that all Dynamics App for Outllok functionalities are (or will be) included in Copilot. Does anyone know anything more about recurring meetings in Copliot Outlook ad in?
Copilot for Sales - tracking a Reply to already sent email
Dear all, Saving emails with Copilot for Sales form Outlook works as intended except in once case. When a sales person first sends an email to a CRM contact - it will be tracked in CRM. If there is no response the Sales will reply to that same email (that is already saved in CRM) to the same CRM contact person - which should be the same thread, but that Replay email is not being saved in CRM. check out this "agent copilot" chat window inside of salesforce: i got this screenshot from our Microsoft sme - but in turn i have yet to receive any step-by-step on how to enable this in our salesforce cloud or if this agent copilot chat window is even possible? as there is no Microsoft article i can find describing this. even talked to the SME that gave the screenshot and all she sent was article on how to setup copilot sales in outlook and teams. so i ask this community - have you seen this salesforce copilot chat window and how do you implement this??

Additionally, our Salesforce platform has customizations, including a parent-child relationship setup, which we're keen to leverage. We're seeking guidance on how to achieve this effectively. Hi We successfully installed SalesCopilot in Outlook and connected it to our Dynamics 365 CRM. The issue appears when we try to save an email in CRM using using SalesCopilot. Updating a field from outlook using "copilot for sales" integrated with Salesforce CRM scenario
Hi, If a contact/opportunity field is being updated from outlook and once submitted, SF rejects the update due to some validation rules he has configured in SF (could be some dependency rule for example). How does it reflect in outlook? Do we see an error message in outlook for the failure of this update? Maybe the SF error message is being sent back to outlook as a popup message? Please clarify...Can't create a meeting summary issue
We are working with one of our sales teams to evaluate Copilot for Sales. Everyone on the team is set up the same but one particular user is seeing the error message "Can't create a meeting summary". The Sales tab is visible in Teams and but had to be added manually. The other users had the Sales tab appear without any intervention and the Meeting Summaries are being created without any issue. Copilot for Sales works perfectly fine in Outlook and also Dynamics so I am stumped as to the issue. Any suggestions?
