Add all of the information entered at the point of booking on to the email confirmation sent to the member of staff. Currently the email states the service name, the time, and the name of the attendee.

 

Currently, staff have to find the appointment in their calendar and open this to see the entered information, such as phone number, message, and any custom fields. unfortunately this does cause things to be missed.
