Hello,

 

 Our meeting rooms have their own Outlook calendars and email addresses, and we need to have Bookings check the room availability along with staff availability. This works fine if there is only one staff member because we can choose "Assign all of your selected staff for an appointment", but when we have 2 or more staff to choose from it does not work at all. In those cases, when an appointment comes in, I have to check if the room is available. If it is, I manually book it. If not, then I have to reach out to the customer and request a reschedule. This makes the process quite cumbersome.

 

 I think it would be helpful if we had an "Assign room to the service" that works in conjunction with the "Assign staff to service". That would ensure we don't run into any scheduling problems with the rooms.
