Using Microsoft 365, I can only send emails on my Galaxy S21 Ultra using wifi. I receive emails fine, however I can not send emails unless I'm using wifi. I can receive emails on my phone using data. I had the same issue with my pc until a computer tech resolved the issue with the pc however the problem still persists with my phone. This problem started sporadically about 10 days ago and now it is happening all the time. Here is the error message I receive:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: xxxx@xxxxxxx**** Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.
Diagnostic information for administrators:
Generating server: CH2PR12MB4071.namprd12.prod.outlook.com xxxx@xxxx**** Remote Server returned '550 5.7.708 Service unavailable. Access denied, traffic not accepted from this IP.
When I call Godaddy they tell me it's an ongoing issue that Microsoft is experiencing.
No one has been able to help me.
