Tenant Creation Zone and Region Limitation

Hi ,

Can we create a new Tenant ( new company , starting from scratch ,so need a M365 tenant ) on a European Zone ( France ) , even if the company is not based on Europe ?

Is there some rule or limitation based on where is the company based , and what Zone and Region the company can subscribe ?

Read that once done, you can't change the region of your tenant....

Yes, you can. Depending on the country/region, you might be asked to use a matching phone or payment method.
