Teams Calling Error

Hi There,

We are using Teams Direct Routing with Business Voice licenses and a Ribbon Swe Edge SBC. When we try and call a certain number from our desktop client the call fails to connect and we get the error message on CQD of;

'Received 404 Not Found from Trouter client when trying to send Http message via Trouter.'

But the calls connects fine from the mobile client. Does anyone know what this error means or how this can be resolved?
