SharePoint find folder that contains the 5000 item Threshold

Hello All, 

I have tried to delete a folder in SharePoint, and it's saying that I can't due to it exceeding the list view threshold. I am not too sure how to delete it. I know that this folder does not have more then 5000 items, but it's possible that a subfolder does. 

What is the best way to find which folder has more than 5000 items, without manually checking each folder?
