"Microsoft 365 Audio Conferencing" license - Should this not be assigned to users who have E3 or E5?

Hard to tell what is allowed/disallowed in O365 as far as redundant licensing or what is included in licensing.
Since I can't expand a license anymore in O365 I can't see what's "included", so looking at E5 for a user I can't tell if that includes Microsoft 365 Audio Conferencing, and if that means it shows up as a separate item with a "check" next to it.
