I am using exchange hybrid enviornment.
I want to change the profile Picture of one user, so i am trying the below syntax i.e i want to remove the picture and upload new one.
I have used the below syntax and i have done ADSync but still i can see the old picture still there.
Remove-UserPhoto "mailto:myuser@mydomain.com"
This cmdlet doesn't change the thumbnailphoto attribute, which is the one getting synced via AAD Connect. Instead it clears the image stored inside the user's mailbox. If you want to clear the former, null the thumbnailphoto attribute in AD. Also make sure you are looking at the Online GAL, as the OAB will show outdated photo data for up to 48h.
