Did login with that username and then I get a message:
We've run into a problem with your Office 365 subscription, and we need your help to fix it.
Two buttons: "Go to Your Account" and "Cancel".
When I sniffed the traffic with Fiddler, I saw this error:
The reply to a request was:

Anyone familiar with this?
With OLS exceptions?
With Error code 1285?
My work office account support up to 5 PCs, I used 2. Tried to install on the third.
