Can you please untick Download shared folders in the default install of Office 365, we are finding that our clients have multiple mapped mail accounts in Outlook 365 and they don't need the email downloaded for that mail account but its downloaded by default anyway. This makes the users ost file massive and when it hits close to 50GB their email stops working as Outlook / Winodws 10 has a 50GB ost file limit. We then have alot of troubleshooting / administration to do.
