Office Home and Student Word print issue

Not sure this is the correct place to ask this.  My Office Home and Student is the 2019 version, all updates done.  Excel has no issues with printing specific pages, but Word will not.  For a multiple page document, it refuses to print the page selection.  My printer is wireless and updates come to it all the time.  Thanks if you can help.
