Office 365 caution banner

Need suggestions on why for 1 particular external email, the banner was not highlighted to draw attention.

The verbiage message is there but not highlighted as it should be.

 

The CAUTION message should be highlighted.

    Hi nbraz1980,

    It will be really difficult to ansewer your question without more detailed information, but let me suggest some steps about where to check:

     

    - Check if the sender email address and/or domain is in your Outlook safe senders list.

    - Check the transport rule configuration and exceptions.

    - If you also enabled "ExternalinOutlook" feature in PS, run this cmdlt and check if the sender domain is in the Allowlist:

     

    Get-ExternalInOutlook | fl

     

    - Please also check in OWA in order to know if it may was a simple client issue. 

    - Analyze the message header will also be helpful:
