what can i do with this trouble on o365 group

The recipient's mailbox is full and cannot accept messages at the moment. Try resending the message later or contact the recipient directly.

There’s a limit of 50gb! If that limit is reached, clean some messages up
and how can i do that on a o365 group mailbox?
In order to delete mail you need to be an owner of the group

Well I highly doubt you'd want to manually delete messages, given the current size. You can assign a retention policy to delete older messages:

If you want a more targeted approach, you can use a programmatic solution based on the EWS API or Graph.
