what can i do with this trouble on o365 group
The recipient's mailbox is full and cannot accept messages at the moment. Try resending the message later or contact the recipient directly.

SolutionWell I highly doubt you'd want to manually delete messages, given the current size. You can assign a retention policy to delete older messages: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/retention?view=o365-worldwide
If you want a more targeted approach, you can use a programmatic solution based on the EWS API or Graph.
