New-CsBatchPolicyAssignmentOperation not working

Hi

I have ran the command New-CsBatchPolicyAssignmentOperation multiple times with no issues. But now i'm getting batch operations which haven't move for 3+ days. It's only for around 200 students. I can't start another job because I get the following error.

New-CsBatchPolicyAssignmentOperation : Too many active batch operations in progress. Please try later

Does anybody know a way to force the jobs through, or delete existing batch jobs?
