multi authentication factor

Hi,

 

I want to set calling instead of texting sms to mobile number

got only land line

 

tried setting it

first time I select CALL he is calling

Second time he's automaticly sending SMS to same landing number

 

How to set it?

    Hi, if possible do not use phone/sms as method due to security strenght https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/concept-authentication-methods#authentication-method-strength-and-security
