Move domain, TXT record differs from current tenant and origin is unknown
Hi y'all,
One of our sister companies is moving to a Microsoft 365 tenant of their own.
I'm preparing the domain move to change the TXT record from the old tenant to the new tenant.
Much to my surprise the current TXT record is not equal to the current old tenant unique id.
No one knows from where this TXT is coming.
siscomp.com TXT MS=ms8855130
There are no MX records or other TXT records containing ms or 8855130.
Anybody any ideas how to proceed in a safely manner?

- Each time you add a domain, a different verification value is generated, so nothing to worry about here.

- Thanks! I ran additional tests and indeed, again and again there was a different unique id.
