Microsoft Lists E1?

Hi,

i feel stupid, but i'd like to try de new Microsoft Listst app. I've got a E1 license (personal) and E3, live in the Netherlands, and was expecting to find the new app in the office 365 portal. 

But i can't find the app, am i missing something?
