Microsoft app that tracks completion of reports

Hi all

Can anyone give me guidance on a Microsoft 365 app I can use that can do the following task tracker that I currently have to use a excel and macros for please? The issue I have is that I have about 100 people accessing this excel sheet on my one drive, I have to manually give people access and I have to manually input new due dates periodically

Ideally, I would like the app to do the following:
- generate a list of reports that need to be completed on a reoccurring basis indefinitely (due dates daily, weekly, monthly, bi annually)
- automation of new due dates for reports
- allocate to a specific team/user to make that report has been completed
- reporting on reports that haven’t been marked as completed by the due date
- storage of old data for auditing purposes
