MFA in Outlook 365 client crashes

Hello, in my organization MFA was implemented. We are currently using microsoft authenticator via notifications to validate all our office 365 accounts. In most cases things are working good but some users have issues. Their outlook 365 client don't refresh the emails and ask for a password. The windows with the message to validate identity opens in blank and suddendly crashes. So they can't use the outllook 365 client in their computers. Altought they can login and validate their credencials an identity with the authenticator using OWA or their cell phones. Could someone give me advice on this matters?
