Message tracking not working for sender

Hi,

 

For some reason, I am able to track message for recipient, however if I put sender's name and search, I got "There are no items to show in this view" for all accounts. What could be the problem?

 

Need help!

Seems to work just fine here. Try extending the timeframe, or run the Get-MessageTrace cmdlet (with no parameters) in PowerShell to see if it returns sent messages as well.
