Mailtip for O365 general user not admin user

Hi Team,

Can you advise how to set up Mailtip of for O365 Outlook online for  general user not admin user. 

• Is there only admin can setup and custoize  mailtip for other users ?
• what is the difference between Out of office and Mail tips ?

I have seen for every user  #MailTips for  Desktop Outlook app is working fine.

Only users with admin access can configure MailTips, if that's what you mean.

Yes, Only users which have Admin access can configure, why not a general user for Mailtip in O365 ?
