Hi experts

I am using exchange hybrid environment. i have a user whose account is disabled in AD, i want to revoke Office365 license, when i search in users i cannot see the user in office365 portal

What about the deleted users folder?
Disabling accounts as Adam said to check will treat the account as deleted since sync will skip over it. As he said check the deleted and please let him know.
